Refunds

Our services and products are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB; German law). Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German law) cannot conclude contracts via our website. Entrepreneurs are not entitled to a right of revocation or return under the consumer-protection provisions of the BGB (German law). Accordingly, refunds are generally excluded.

Defects

Your statutory claims for defects pursuant to §§ 434 ff. BGB (German law) remain unaffected. If technical issues occur that are demonstrably attributable to us and cannot be remedied, we will review a refund on a case-by-case, goodwill basis. However, there is no entitlement to such a refund.
