Revocation

Revocation Policy

You have the right, under German law, to revoke your contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason. The revocation period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke your contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs (if charged), without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive notification of your revocation. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you.

Expiry of the Right of Revocation

According to § 356 (5) BGB in conjunction with Art. 246a § 1 (2) No. 1 EGBGB (German law), your right of revocation expires permanently once the license has been activated (i.e., the website/web application has been converted). From this point on, a revocation is no longer possible.

If you wish to revoke the contract, you may use the following form, although its use is not mandatory.
